How the guides are written

• Steps follow the official support pages from Microsoft, Apple, Google, HP and other manufacturers, and each guide shows when it was last reviewed.
• No ads, no pop-ups, no tracking, no pushy upsells.
• If a fix could put your data at risk, the guide says so clearly before you start.
